The old community events calendar and management system EventR was replaced in early September and will soon go offline. If you wish to retrieve data about past events in EventR, for example registration information, please do so before the end of the year before it becomes unavailable.
The new community events calendar and management system contains all events created since 8 September. From the end of 2020 this will be the sole tool for community events management and registration.
The new events management system is powered by CERN’s open-source Indico tool and allows you as a user to register for events, add and manage your own events, and see a calendar overview of community events.
A community event training video and ‘manual’ of session slides are available online to support any community member who wishes to use the new system for registration and management of their own events.
