NREN managers in the WACREN region and beyond would converge on Zoom on 9 and 21 October 2020 for a webinar on business models
With the intent to empower NRENs to be highly competitive and sustainable, WACREN would organise a two-session webinar on 9 and 21 October 2020.
The webinar – an activity under AfricaConnect project is expected to empower the NREN managers with time-tested, proven strategies to develop tailored business models for NRENs in the region and beyond.
Knowledge and experience would be drawn from subject matter experts and handlers of business strategies from some selected NRENs across the Europe.
The webinar would straddle various interactive features including peer reviews of business models, peer-to-peer consultation, presentation and discussions.

It is expected that participants would learn the pros and cons of various business model approaches to help NRENs to optimise or refine theirs in order to be competitive and sustainable.
