Cyber Security Month 2021: campaign planning kick-off

In times when cybercrime keeps evolving and cyber criminals show increased levels of sophistication and opportunism, cybersecurity awareness remains a key and vital factor in the fight against this very contemporary plight.

Last year’s Cyber Security Month 2020 (CSM20) campaign, ‘Become a Cyber Hero‘, was very well-received and supported by the international NREN community. The campaign was co-created and managed by an international cross-NREN team with invaluable input and contributions from the international Research & Education community.  The CSM21 team, already at work and eager to surpass last year’s results, aims to further build on such a seamless and successful collaboration.

In order to tailor the CSM21 campaign to the requirements of the NREN community and their constituencies we have created a short survey to help us gather input on topics, target audience, interest, support and collaboration needs.

The survey is open to NREN colleagues working in communications, awareness and security and will close on 23 March. The results will be shared during the forthcoming SIG-Marcomms meeting that will take place online on 29-30 March and distributed further to those colleagues who will be unable to take part.
