GÉANT Association publishes strategy for 2021-2026

Following extensive consultation and discussion with GÉANT Association members, and subsequent approval by the GÉANT General Assembly (GA) the GÉANT Association strategy for 2021-2026 has been published.

The strategy seeks to frame those activities undertaken as part of the GÉANT Association – the collaboration of Europe’s NRENs and the GÉANT organisation – and how they will continue to support the wider community.

And at the TNC21 Conference Opening on Monday 21 June (09:30-09:55 CEST) GÉANT’s CEO Erik Huizer and CCO Cathrin Stöver will discuss the strategy in more depth, and what it means for the community. (You can register for TNC21 here – the deadline is Friday 18 June, 12:00 midday CEST.)

Erik comments, “We are proud that the development of this strategy has been a truly collaborative effort and has received approval from all of the Association’s members in 40 European countries. We are excited to now implement this strategy with and for the benefit of the wider community.”

The full strategy documents are available here.
