CSM2021 Webinar – Data sharing hygiene and its implications in security

CSM2021 Webinar: Data sharing hygiene and its implications in security

21 October 2021 – 15:00-16:00 CEST

Every digital interaction leaves a digital trail. Most often than not, such breadcrumbs contain our personal data – even without our conscious consent. Correctly handling of the data we share in the digital world (“digital hygiene”) is key to keeping an overview of what information we shared with consent, with whom and for which specific purpose(s).

This makes it easier to:

  1. Update our shared or exposed data, evaluating the risks related to sharing our information,
  2. Identify security issues related to the breach of our personal data
  3. Learn to communicate these to minimise damage.

This webinar will provide techniques aiming to empower users with more tools to protect and have an understanding of their digital identity.
