The GÉANT Special Interest Group on Cloud Interoperable Software Stacks, the SIG-CISS, will meet on November 13, 2023, and will be hosted by SWITCH in Zurich.
The primary focus of this meeting is to discuss Storage Services, containers, and Kubernetes. There will be a chance for NRENs to report about their activities with container platforms, and the experts will exchange their experiences and share best practices. In addition to this, there will be a report provided on ScienceData to share scientific data, and the SCHOC tool to access HPC resources will be presented. At the end of the session there will be a roundtable to discuss future focus topics for SIG-CISS.
