The Special Interest Group on Marketing and Communications (SIG-Marcomms) will be meeting in Ljubljana, Slovenia on March 5-6, 2024. The meeting will be hosted by our colleagues at ARNES, the Slovenian NREN. Some sessions will be hybrid, so virtual participation is also possible.
What is on the schedule?
- How to create a podcast – this workshop will feature both a theoretical and practical session and will be led by the Polish NREN, PSNC;
- Service marketing and persona’s – this will also be designed as a practical workshop led by GÉANT and will cover topics as persona’s and customer journey;
- A series of presentations on marketing tools, social selling, promoting Open Science and HPC from various NRENs;
- How do we optimize engagement in GÉANT’s Community Programme to make it truly reflective of our community? – this f2f session will be led by GÉANT Community Manager and will see smaller groups discussing our community’s initiatives and activities.
