6 June at midnight CEST is the deadline to register for your TNC24 pass to join us on 10-14 June 2024. This year’s TNC will be hosted by RENATER in Rennes, France, in Le Couvent des Jacobins, a former 14th century convent.
If you are unable to join face to face in Rennes, don’t forget you have the option to register for your free online pass to join us virtually.
What do I need to know before I leave for TNC24?
Programme – Take a look at the full programme on the TNC24 website to learn more about the plenaries, parallel sessions, Side Meetings, BoFs, and Lightning Talks. Scroll through the different sessions and check out the speakers’ profiles.
Community Hub – This year the Community Hub is bigger and better than ever! Located in the corner of the Exhibition Area on Level 1 of le Couvent Des Jacobins, the Hub is the perfect place if you want to find out more about the community-led initiatives. There will be informal demonstrations, parallel conversations at the round tables, and an opportunity corner where you can leave a leaflet, a flyer or a post-it note with an idea!
Partners Lounge Programme – Like every year, TNC would not be possible without our generous partners. At TNC24, the Partners Lounge will open its door to the delegates for a diverse range of presentations.
Podcasts – Are you struggling to decide which sessions to attend during the event? We have been interviewing session chairs to give an insight into what you can expect and to help you get the most out of your TNC! You can listen to the podcasts here, on Spotify or on YouTube.
Morning Run – Feeling adventurous? Do you want to join your colleagues and friends in a gentle 5km run around the historic city centre of Rennes and along the river Vilaine? The famous TNC24 Morning Run will take place at 07:00 on Tuesday 11 June and will last for one hour. So, pack your running gear and join us!
Sustainability – Every year, we aim to make TNC more sustainable and to reduce our environmental impact. For example, we no longer design event specific lanyard so that they can be re-used. Therefore, we encourage you to bring your own lanyard if you wish to do so! Learn more about our sustainability choices: https://tnc24.geant.org/sustainability/
It’s time for me to travel to TNC… now what?
Now it’s time to share your journey with us! As we will be in France for TNC this year, we have decided to translate our yearly Road2TNC campaign to #EnRoute2TNC. We want to see where your journey starts, how you travel to TNC, who you travel with, and any adventures you might have along the way. Post your pictures on your social media accounts and tag GÉANT accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Mastodon, using #TNC24 and #EnRoute2TNC hashtags.
