The next Special Interest Group on Information Security Management (SIG-ISM) meeting will be hosted by RedIRIS in Madrid on the 7-8 October 2025.
On the first day, discussions will focus on the past and future of SIG-ISM, with an afternoon session on ‘Security & Compliance’. A sightseeing tour and dinner will take place in the evening. The second day includes sessions on ‘AI usage in the Security domain’, and ‘Communication about Security’, in addition to a look into what GÉANT is doing in Security. Before day two comes to a close, there is the opportunity for you to present, and participate in open table discussions.
Join the 10 year anniversary meeting and share your ideas to shape SIG-ISM’s future. If you cannot attend, but wish to share your ideas about the new charter of the SIG-ISM, or if you would like to present on day two, please send an email including the topic and the desired length of the talk to our coordinator Annette: annette.aylward@geant.org.
Please register early for this meeting as there is a limit on the number of attendees. Remote participation will not be possible. If you cannot attend face to face, please cancel your registration so others can join the meeting.
