In the current complex cybersecurity landscape, one-off awareness campaigns often fall short. Real, sustainable behavioural change requires a structured and iterative approach. In this webinar, Rosanne Pouw will introduce a practical model developed by Dutch universities to embed cybersecurity awareness more effectively into your organisation’s culture.

Based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle, this approach helps institutions move beyond isolated initiatives and instead build a comprehensive, data-driven awareness programme that grows and adapts over time.

Join us to discover how the PDCA model can turn fragmented efforts into a coherent strategy that resonates with leadership, engages stakeholders, and supports long-term resilience.

What you’ll learn

  • Why a PDCA approach convinces boards and stakeholders to invest in awareness
  • The distinction between human-related cybersecurity and awareness
  • The key components that support meaningful behavioural change
  • How to structure and align existing awareness efforts within the PDCA framework
