Nominations are now open for the 2026 GÉANT Community Award, and you have until Friday 17th April 2026 (midnight CET) to nominate, so who will you nominate this year?
What is the GÉANT Community Award?
The GÉANT Community Award recognises individuals who have made a real impact to the GÉANT Community. Nominations come from across the entire global research and education networking community.
How can you nominate?
After finding out if you are eligible to nominate, you can select the nominate button located on the GÉANT Community Award webpage, which will lead you to the online nomination form. Please read the eligibility criteria before submitting your nomination. Examples of eligible recipients include NREN staff, staff or institutions served by NRENS, GÉANT staff, and GÉANT project participants.
Once a shortlist of nominees is identified, the GÉANT Community Award Committee selects the final winner(s), who will be announced during TNC26 in Helsinki, Finland.
