The webinar explores how research networks can connect their communities to Europe’s emerging AI Factory ecosystem. Participants will discover how LUMI AI Factory combines AI-optimised supercomputing, high-value data, user-friendly tools, expert support and training to accelerate research and innovation. The webinar also examines how universities, national e-infrastructures, data spaces and European initiatives can collaborate to create smoother pathways from research ideas to real-world impact. It concludes with practical guidance on how research networks can engage with LUMI AI Factory, connect their members to relevant services and contribute to a stronger European AI ecosystem.
This session also introduces why Communication Technologies and Networks is a focus domain for LUMI AI Factory and through example cases show where AI and high-performance computing can bring value to this sector.
