Supporting colleagues in cybersecurity
If you have experience in cybersecurity, signing up as a mentor is a practical way to help peers build their confidence and skills.
Mentoring does not require a huge time commitment, and you can charge your hours to WP1T5. GEM handles the scheduling and offers discussion topics so you can focus entirely on your conversations. It is equally valuable for mentors, connecting you with colleagues across GÉANT and giving you a fresh perspective on your own work.
