In these uncertain times, we are delighted to share some positive news with our community.
As you know, the 2020 GÉANT Community Award nomination ceremony has always taken place on the first day of TNC. Notwithstanding the recent cancellation of TNC20, we have decided that our treasured award must go ahead.
In this new environment dominated by the threat of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is even mor poignant to celebrate our unique community through the outstanding work carried out by some of its members.
We understand that recent and unprecedented events have taken over our thoughts and concerns and with this in mind, we are extending the voting deadline for the 2020 GÉANT Community Award to Friday 3 April 2020 midnight CEST.
We will celebrate in June with the community and have started making plans, so stay tuned and watch this space for further details.
