For the 10th anniversary of the AfricaConnect project, we interview Cathrin Stöver, Chief Communications Officer at GÉANT and F. F. “Tusu” Tusubira, former CEO of the Ubuntunet Alliance.
Cathrin and Tusu played an instrumental role to get AfricaConnect off the ground together with representatives from the former European Commission’s Directorate General Information Society and Media (now Directorate General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology) and the Directorate-General for Research and Innovation.
