The registration is now open for the 2nd Telemetry and Data Workshop organised by the GÉANT GN4-3 project WP6 team on 6 April 2022.
Open to all members of the GÉANT and international R&E community, this workshop will cover the way the monitoring data is collected and how to share the data:
- The first part will be related to traditional telemetry and streaming telemetry;
- The second part will present different telemetry approaches, as In-band Network Telemetry and data plane programming telemetry (P4);
- The last part will focus on how to share monitoring data between organisations in the research and education community.
The meeting is primarily directed at network operators in National Research and Education Networks (NRENs) or universities, campus network administrators and network researchers, as well as those interested in handling, sharing and processing of large scale monitoring data sets including its storage, the application of machine learning and the principles of making such data available appropriately to NOCs and researchers.
