Over the past four weeks, we asked international participants from the GÉANT community their points of views on conversations that matter. We discussed the indispensable skills, perseverance and spirit that women bring to the workplace, the importance of female mentorship in STEM and of a network of fellow women who can connect and share similar experiences.
The month of March is coming to an end and so is our 2022 Women in STEM campaign. But the fight to address gender discrimination and improve female representation in STEM does not stop here or today!
So, what better opportunity to collect testimonies of experienced professionals addressing future generations of girls and women interested in a career in STEM than this week’s episode? From Morocco to Georgia, through Croatia, Portugal and North Macedonia, our contributors give away words of advice to encourage young women to find their own path and to not stop in front of the challenges!
