The Special Interest Group on Marketing and Communications will meet for its Spring meeting in Kajaani, Finland on 21 (full day) and 22 (half day) February 2023. The meeting will be hosted by the Finnish NREN, CSC, at the LUMI data center located at the CSC date center.
Considering the location, the meeting is the perfect opportunity for marketing and communications experts from all around the world to discuss and share best practices on the role of communications to raise awareness on HPC and its applications as well as on how to showcase the benefits.
If your NREN or Institution has been working on promoting HPC activities, please let the Steering Committee know and submit a presentation proposal!
On day two, the meeting will include a practical session on “getting things done”, where participants will have the chance to share their tips and tricks on the best tools, platform and software they use for delivering all the tasks that fall under the responsibilities of marcomms teams – i.e. writing a newsletter, manage task sharing within the team, schedule social media posts, keeping track of KPIs, etc.
